Conversion of a former primary school into 6 large town houses
- In-house Trades: Joinerwork and Builderwork
- Additional Services Provided: Management Service
The work involved finishing to a high standard, providing a modern finish, whilst still being respectful to the historic nature of the building.
Construction was complicated by the height of the building. Each town house was 4 storeys high, all with new oak doors and floors with glass ballastrades and German kitchens, all installed by our own in-house team of tradesmen.
The exterior of the building was extensively renovated with lime mortar to keep in with the historic nature of the building.
